  • Yes you can. It is very simple to cancel your Aligned membership in your account settings.

  • You don't NEED equipment, I always offer options without equipment... however over time you can build up your small props such as Franklin Method balls, theraband, ankle weights and a foam roller - it's really fun to work with these small pieces of equipment!

  • Absolutely. We are available 5 days a week via email and the team will be happy to call and chat on the phone if you need any extra support.

  • Yes , yes and yes! We have a whole pelvic floor section on the site for you to work through- but please send me a message before you begin and we can have a chat about what would be most beneficial for you and what (if anything) to leave out.

  • Yes. You can watch the live or recorded classes on a phone, tablet, laptop or even stream to your tv and now via the Apple app.

  • As soon as you sign up you will receive the weekly timetable and zoom links. Our live classes are interactive on zoom, its lovely to see you (or you can keep your camera off) and to chat with you to see what your physical, emotional and energetic needs are prior to each class commences

  • Whatever supports you to feel aligned. This is YOUR wellbeing resource. 1 class per week is a great start. 3 classes per week is a consistent support to your physical and emotional wellbeing. Some students choose something to do daily, even if its just a quick 10 min class. Find what works best for you!

  • Absolutely. We have a live Gentle Pilates class on a Friday and many on demand Gentle Pilates classes to get you started. You are in very safe hands and this is the perfect place to start.
